3. Do you ship internationally?

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes approximately 5–10 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at assistline@sjfykhalesy.com. We’ll do our best to make adjustments before the order is processed. Once it has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us your order number and reason for the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We’re sorry if something isn’t right! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.
