Thank you for shopping at SJFY Khalesy. We hope you love your new belt, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple, transparent, and fair for all customers.
🔁 Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If a discount or promotional code was used, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price.
🚚 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at assistline@sjfykhalesy.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will respond with return instructions, including the return address. We do not provide pre-paid return labels unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to offer exchanges on the same item if it’s still in stock. Please contact us at assistline@sjfykhalesy.com to check availability and arrange the exchange.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue in your email. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or offering a full refund at no extra cost to you.
📦 Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to an error or defect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
